Does anybody else think scheduled days throughout a month that one could expect personal tickets like level requests and token-items, would help? The reason I say this is because most of the time I see characters getting leveled or getting items is once in a blue moon on a specific date. I think it would save alot of frustration on both ends , but I haven't been really seeking to get any tickets answered so I wouldn't know how the situation is at the present. Anyway, that's my suggestion, you may resume your life.

We usually try to answer tickets as soon as they come up, it flashes in big letters across the top of the screen when someone makes one. Though I do admit to forgetting all about tickets if I'm spawning stuff or talking in vent when I log in.
Though if people are getting frustrated we can make more of an effort. Or rather, I will, I can't really speak for anyone else.

The first thing I do when I log in is checking if there´s any tickets, usually there isn´t but if there are I do ´em. I´d asy it´s mostly about timing, if you are on your character that got a ticket while a GM is on there´s a high chance that the ticket will be answered. However, that´s not allways the case, sometimes we log in just to enjoy some RP or deal quickly with some task etc.
PS: It really doesn´t help to ask either in chat or in /w if a GM could fix your ticket, it´s really just annoying even if I can understand why you do it.
