I log on, it says connected then goes to the realm list. I click accept and then it says Loading, connected and back to the realm list. am I the only one with this issue?

Take a look here.

You probably were on, or tried to log on a character in the zone of Kalimdor while it was down, causing the server to think your still playing even if you closed it, so you aren't able to use that account, rendering it useless. Hopefully it is fixed soon.

Problem is, I was signing onto Timothy Willaims IV, who is in Stormwind. Infact, all my characters are on the Eastern Kingdoms continent.

I wasn't paying too close attention to the situation, as I havn't been on in weeks in-fact. Heh. The whole server is probably down then.
