I pressed some buttons and all of a sudden all the writing is rather small and I can't see ipropley so I was wondering id any of you knew how to get this web page back to how it was.

Sounds like some browser related shortcut key.
Which one are you using?

Hold Ctrl and use the mouse' third button, the wheely thing in the middle to go out and in. Try it.

Try hitting Ctrl+0 (that's zero).

Both actually. Yours is a more interactive way of choosing the zoom you want.
Mine just resets it to the 100% default one.  It's all up there in the View -> Zoom menu.
