You should make public the order of requests you receive so we know who's getting what next. I think there are people putting in requests without considering there may be other ones ahead of them.
Little tickets are useless, but stuff that takes time, like custom set making and setting up homes, I think, should be listed.

Sersay, were you going to add something to this or were you just bumping it?
 I can't see any reply.Anyhow, yes, I think that would be a good idea, but on the flipside, it's one more thing the GMs would have to look after...
