My favorite option tbh. On the note of that first option, I don't know when Immy is doing the love is in the air festival, but I know it's in February so I'd check with her on that so there's no conflict (if you haven't already).

Definitely leaning towards the initial date to allow decent time to set up, as well.

And I don't know when Immy plans on running it, either. I'll have to ask, but I'm sure we can work something out.

Going to go ahead and set the date for February 27th to March 8th. This seems to work out best, as far as I can see, and gives me enough time to prepare the area and handle character applications. ... But is still the second-soonest available date.
