I'm banned after introduction submission?

I finally got my client to work and everything is set. But now when I tried to make my very first login to the sever, it said I'm banned. I have no idea why so please explain to me what's going on.

Have you made your game account at the Account Management in the menu on the side?

If so, hae you set your realmlist to the following?
set realmlist logon.conquestofthehorde.com
set patchlist logon.conquestofthehorde.com
set realmlistbn ""
set portal us

Yes, I've made a game account, and I have my realmlist set to that.

I think that's quite possible. Try the torrent version and let me know if that works.

You seem to have 13 failed logins. After a certain amount of failed logins, the system automatically temporarily bans your IP for a little bit. I'd suggest to reset your password and try again after waiting a while.

I've changed the password on my game account but it seems I'm still banned.
I'm now using the torrent version, but the problem still exists.

You need to wait for some time, the game will unban you after... a few hours. I had the same once with one of my accounts.
