Just Cause 2 multiplayer!

Yes, it's (finally) getting an official release on December 16th. A steam release no less, but you can already play it by going to their website and claiming a key.

Anybody who have played Just Cause 2 realizes how ridiculous the concept of Just Cause 2 multiplayer is, and you're right. There's no balance and no fairness, just complete and utter chaos.

I just played it for the first time and there were 658 players online. Yupp, 658 players in the world of Just Cause 2. Turn left and you see a helicopter dogfight, turn right and you see two jets colliding in the air, look up and you see a firefight between 30 people in a strip club... That's suspended in the air by two zeppelins. The stuff that's going on literally covers the entire map and it is -awesome.-

If you've got the game then give the multiplayer mod a shot, it's great fun. If you don't have Just Cause 2, consider buying it, it's a great game in both multi and single player.

I played it.. singleplayer and multiplayer. The single player isn't that great.. And the voice acting.. oh man.. Anywayyyy~ the multiplayer is alright, it's kinda fun but there are people with lag issues that make me sad, you shoot them and they take no damage and stuff. However, that's the case for SAMP as well, if anyone played it. Just cause 2 multiplayer will most likely be a better version of SAMP, maybe focused more on the deathmatch aspect.

TL:TR: It's fun.

Like I said, it's mostly about the chaos. Just write /tp airport into the chat and you'll know what it's like to be an action hero.

Quite frankly, I'm amazed they managed to make a netcode this good for a game that was not meant for it. Just the fact that they managed to sync foot movements and vehicle positions is pretty amazing.
