Pilgrim's Bounty vendor

I seem to remember we used to have a barrel in the OOC zone which sold all the recipes and reagents for the Pilgrim's Bounty foods (Bountiful Barrel to be exact). However, with Cata, the barrel seems to have vanished (or I'm not finding it) which makes it quite a bit more difficult to level up stuff like cooking. Therefor, I was wondering if it could possible be brought back from the dead to grant us that sweet, sweet ability to cook once more?
