Backpack vendor?

Would it be possible to add backpacks, like the one in the spoiler, to a vendor of some sort? If not putting them a vendor, at least tossing a few to be able to .add would be lovely.

REASONS HO;

1) I find that a majority of adventuring characters are always toting around some pack or another. This could be useful for visualizing it.
2) Beyond just adventuring characters, packs are very common on average.
3) The only form of getting them currently is through Cressy's auctions, and finding them there is incredibly sporadic.
