It's a condensed version of the forums on a smartphone. Websites that enable it allow their users not to have to try to navigate the website on a tiny screen. Here, I'll get a screenshot for you.

I paid for Tapatalk like a month or two ago. At least it's an app I use a lot and like, so I don't mind that I gave them my monies.

Tried Tapatalk. It's quite good, but I'm not used to it. I got too accustomed to browsing CotH through my Chrome app and zooming in over and over.
