In the spirit of generating interest in Horde RP, there is also a need to find out just what the goals of the playerbase are. So my questions are simple:
What is the short-term goal of your character(s), and is the long-term goal of your character(s)?
Example:
Tun'kar
-Short term: Regain as much of the strength he lost as he can, and support his Orc brethren.
-Long term: Discover the reason the spirits wished him back on Azeroth instead of keeping hi dead.

Tre'lomash
Short term- Join the fight against the Twilight Hammer
Long term- Earn her own name and prove herself to her Stormshade family as more than just Lok's daughter.
Seidrain
Short term- Learn more of elemental magic
Long Term- Become a leading expert on how the Arcane magic relates to the spiritual magics
Mo'nash
Short term: Document the history of orcs.
Long Term: Create the first Horde library that will teach and document the history of the horde for generations to come.

Groma;
Short term - Take part in the felling of a dragon (ay, likely will never happen, but she views it as necessary to be a Dragonmaw)
Long term - Restart the Dragonmaw, just under a more New Horde-friendly rejuvenation.
Delsha;
Short term - Find a source of mana that can supplement him with no drawbacks and nothing that may anger others.
Long term - Find a source of mana that can do the above, just with more people, and open up a school to teach people about history and mana.
Bulin;
Short term - Make a name for the Bulinsons that transcends just the Wildhammers.
Long term - Find someone to adopt as the 18th Bulin, or find a way to make another (hint, he's dead. It's not what you're thinking).

For THRAKRAM, SON OF TAMAK, SON OF MAGORAM GRONNBREAKER, LAST CHIEFTAIN OF THE FANGED MOUNTAIN;
Short-term: Complete his om'riggor as his clan's customs demand.
Long-term: Prove himself worthy of his heritage, restore his clan to the old ways, become chieftain of his clan, bring back the fire-speakers (whatever that means, he doesn't yet know).
. . . Put short, he's got a lot on his plate.

Draknir:
Short term - Continue his training, and what better chance than against a new enemy?
Long term - To die a glorious death and be remembered as a war hero in the Horde's history.
Mokaku:
Short term - Ensure the survival of The Horde and refuse to be absorbed into Garrosh's Horde.
Long term - To return to his full strength and use his power to protect, not destroy.

Ghurm
Short term: Finish his vision quest, which means he has to find a way to resolve the conflicts in Ashenvale or return home with helplessness.
Long term: Bring an abundance of knowledge to the younger people in his tribe, along with seeing peace being made with other races.
Gurvok
Short term: Try to adjust to his new position, learn how to fight with his new fist weapon, and deal with his Worg's aging.
Long term: To carry on the culture of the Shattered Hand, and secure its place within the horde by doing his job as an assassin.
Eta
Short term: Raising her son to be a great man, and trying to deal with the usual difficulties that come with being a Chieftain's mate.
Long term: To see her tribe flourish, and to find a balance within herself when it comes to being a Spirit Walker.
Geoni
Short term: Finding a new group of friends, keeping himself afloat financially, and having enough coin to party happily.
Long term: Can't say he has any long term goals. He sort of lives without a culturally significant purpose and knows it.

Jof'waz
Short term: Get this damn brace off his back already.
Long term: Find a place where he belongs (besides Love Exchange). Either find a way to stay away from Garrosh's troll hating Horde or find a way to help trolls regain the respect they earned under Thrall.
Garridan Devine
Short term: Find Sir Jared.
Long term: Gain the inspiration to finally start and finish Sir Jared's novel while trying to smack his brain into giving him his old memories again.
Norell Rocketpunch
Short term: Explore ruins. Make money.
Long term: Earn enough coin to open up a new business and, with the use of goblin thugs and better deals, defeat the competition. Retire, swim in coin, never marry, be happy.

Blackbrute
Short: Return to Mulgore and pledge loyalty to Jevan. Vindicate the Grimtotem clan by slaughtering the traitors. Survive whatever strain of disease he last attracted in the Plaguelands.
Long: End the life of shan'do Mennar. Master the aerial form. Aid and protect the chosen children of the ursine twins. Continue to consume the sick and unliving flesh to finally end the Plague of Undeath and the taint northern Lordaeron.
Bokuru
Short: Survive the Cataclysm.
Long: Empower himself further with the remains of even more powerful beings. Deny Garrosh and rise up to fight for troll supremacy.

Short Term - Continue to fight in the arena whilst also pursuing the Deadeye Watchers / some other Warband or Clan where he can find a comfortable, suitable home.
Long Term - Become an honorable name in the sake of all those who he may teach, learn from, or those who may come after him. Oh, and don't die.
