We don't have any firm prediction on that. It's up for as long as it's up, I'm sure the exact duration will vary depending on how long the Wrath server continues to see use.

I believe Kretol said that it would be up for at least a week to allow you to use your old characters as references, though.

For those that haven't experienced it yet, syncing addons do not seem to be working (including RP addons). Not sure when it may be fixed, but it does indeed seem to be a server-side issue.
