Can't connect

Hey guys, I am back from a six month break, and now I can't login anymore...

I've tried resetting my password and my e-mail.
I've deleted my Cache and WTF folders and it still won't connect.

I need help BADLY!

I've updated the email associated with the game account to the one you have for your forum account. Try resetting the password now.

Oke I finally can login ( I think ) but when I'm logged in he wants to automaticly patch

And I don't want that.

Are you starting up with 'World of Warcraft Launcher' or just 'World of Warcraft.exe'? If you're using the launcher, it will do that, so try just using the World of Warcraft.exe instead if you're not already!

I'm starting with the .exe
It only happens when I try to login with my e-mail though....
I can't even login with my username.

Don't log in with your email. It does that.

You don't reset your password on the forums; it's completely independent from your game account. You have to go to Account Management and click the Forgot Password link.
