Seems there's a bug in this revision - any character that logs in will lose their friend/ignore lists. I'll have to try and research why this may be happening...

As a side-note, I -do- have backups of the social table to restore to after this bug is resolved; however, that table is only backed up weekly... and we are on day 6 of the backup schedule. *sigh* Fortunately, that's not exactly a table that gets updated too regularly, so at least you should have most of your friends saved (unless you're on a new character)!

As yet another update, if you wish to backup your friends list (if you happen to see this thread before logging onto a character), you can do so by logging into Account Management, hover over the 'My Account' link in the top menu, then click on a character. Finally, click on the 'Friends' tab. You'll be able to write down all your friends!
