The area used by Hand of Sargeras is no longer specifically Caer Darrow, but another possible fortress situated around Western Plaguelands. Psycho will be following up on the place, but until then, I am inclined to believe that Caer Darrow is being used if not occupied by anybody else, as another fortress until the new zone is sorted.

Please do not hesitate to contact any of us to organize an initiating roleplay to get your character happily situated within Hand of Sargeras! I'm researching into the names that've been suggested in the thread, and I'll try following up on them if I see you or your character in-game. So far, It seems we may have some viable recruits;

I'm gonna withhold the identity of my potential recruit pending further discussion with you or Psycho, Fort. There's also a lot hanging on where his character arc takes him in the meantime as to whether he'll be viable.

Also, given the fact that several of our officers have a grudge against her and she banged up Jared pretty badly a short while back, you can count on the Black Harvest to antagonise you if you're ever short of people trying to murder you. :P

Between Sangreala and Garm the word is spread throughout the ranks. A raid will take place on a puny Human Scarlet camp just north of an abandoned village in the Western Plaguelands.
