I believe that some of those items have been sold off during Cressy's IC auctions. I'm unsure if there are plans to add them to the vendors, though it would be great if they found their way there eventually, as I suspect busy individuals would have difficulty attending events to grab 'em.

I've missed out on a few neat items that I'd like on a character because my schedule's only permitted me to catch the tail end of an auction or two. That's not to say they're necessary at all, and they're meant to have an air of exclusivity about them, then by all means. I'll try to get on at better times, too. :P
