There isn't much in terms of players to see; It is more of a thing that Kretol would mess with, if he were to add these in. You -can- view these via WoW Model Viewer (enable 'find items' or something like that).

Curiously enough I know that I submitted a list of custom items in the past that included a good few of these. I didn't really place them as high-priority though, so when/if Kretol will get around to them remains to be seen, heh.
