Pansy excuses for pansy people. I'm going for a job interview. In New York City. To become a journalist.

I studied English in college, was Editor in Chief for its newspaper and -until life threw me a curveball in the form of a job that actually paid good money- was going to go into publishing. But I abandoned that all to do some work that was more in line with what my father wanted out of me and, as such, have suffered in silence ever since.
Some say it's the root of my evil personality. I killed those people for slander.
So, for the benefit of my soul, I'm going to dust off the old resume, hit the streets and go on a series of job interviews. It's what I've been busy with this week and what I'll be busy with for the entirety of this weekend.
Hopefully, when I return, your new overlord will be a -writer-.
I will still torture you lot mercilessly. I'll just be, generally, a happier person all around.
