Mounts missing! (Special mount vendor[k])

The sea turtle and the brown armored bear are missing with the special mount vendor!
Why?
Since they're special!
I know the brown armored bear can be acquired in Dalaran but he needs to keep his brother company in the salesperson list.
The turtle same story and because they're epic!

Considering the brown bear is already purchaseable, I have no intention of adding it to another vendor. Also, I purposely don't have the sea turtle available because I've wanted to keep it a perk for the dedicated anglers. The normal turtle mount is available otherwise.

Mebbeh increase drop-rate for the turtle though?
Since it takes 2k~ times of fishing to catch it! :O
