EDIT: The more i think about it the more I like the name Deadlight. It's a nice mix of macabre and inconspicuous.

Deadlight sounds like a name for a Lighthouse and perhaps a obscure pop culture reference? Either way, it gets my vote.

I have no idea how this will work, without good/neutral people being around. What makes an evil person evil if there are none to deceive, cheat, lie to, scam, etc.?
