Additional Pet, for Pet vendor!

The Pengu, found in Howling Fjord, is a pet that takes exalted in "The Kalu'ak" reputation.

I'm wondering if you could place this in the vendor on GMI? Without the needed reputation?

Also the pet "Tyrael" could be added(from item "Tyrael's Hilt). Thought to post it into the same topic, since they actually are both the same idea.
