Settings resets each time I start WoW

The title pretty much says it all. My copy of WoW resets each time I start it. I change my graphic and interface - press apply and then "ok". Anyone know how to fix this? At the beginning of the start up, I have to agree to the agreement rules - each time!

EDIT: I don't got the addon folder as well.

It sounds like your WoW folder is set to Read-Only or something.

I managed to fix it after a few days of experimenting with the WoW folder, as well as with the addon problem. The addons contained two folders, so I had to remove one of the folders and place the addons in the addon folder again. That made the addons work.
