Men'ka isn't much for "Guard" material...but I've always liked the idea...from the very first moment that Kretol showed me the Sentinel's leather armor set back in retail ^.^

Agreed. Thunder Bluff is the most visually pleasing in my opinion.

For some reason The Undercity always makes me hum the "This is Halloween" tune from Nightmare Before Christmas. :?

I would go with Undercity Guard if I were on a different server, but yeah, I wouldn't find much RP as one here. To be honest, I would go for a Thunderbluff Guard.

Darnassus Sentinel for me. Stormwind Guard? I've seen that -way- too many times in Live RP so I'm not interested.

The newcomer to the fire thinks a moment about the topic at hand, then speaks.
"I am not certain how I could benefit the Darnassus guard with my alchemical, cooking, and herbal knowledge, however, I've defended the city many a time before, for even after the portal opened and I passed through its gateway, I remained bound there...yes I know, a strange thing. Perhaps at another time I was at a Crossroads in life and needed to become defensive." She shrugs nonchalantly. "How does this point guard work for Darnassus? I was often stationed near encampments in Alterac Valley on guard, where I would wait melded in shadow for attackers to pounce." Her expression becomes wistful. "In Darnassus they would come to kill, and we would defend, letting the Tree folk stand at the gates while we stood on the parapets." She frowns. "Sometimes they would enter by unknown means, however. I'm still uncertain how they did it, how they got inside as a force unseen." She looks to you in particular. "When I am ready, when you are in need, you may always call for my aid, and I will come to /assist."

And I thought *I* was the only one humming that when walking through UC.

Ironforge guard for me
Been a Stormwind Guard too many times, and bad memories with being an Org grunt...

Hmm...why not start off as a low rate guard, then eventually being promoted to a guard of one of the capital cities?
