RPing as a guard

For the curious, Silvermoon can't be done because the guards for that city use an entirely different model than the rest of the Blood Elves. Their equipment doesn't actually exist in-game even as an NPC equip.

Delmure brings up a good point: Undercity and Darnassus guards aren't going to get a lot of RP traffic. I think the "main" cities (Orgrimmar and Stormwind) are the safest bets.

I've already got plans to make Ashe a Stormwind Guard, if approved.


Sidenote: My opinion on this, though, is that not everyone should be allowed to be one, and perhaps there should be standards and approval from GMs. Otherwise, we'll have 18 new Stormwind guards if you implement it.

I've been roleplaying as an Orgrimmar grunt for a while now on live servers, and I'd have to say that they're my favorite of the list posted above. However, I've been looking for some items that match the armor of a dwarven Mountaineer, who I think look much better than the Ironforge guards.

Stormwind Guards bring back memories from my first couple of experiences RP'ing in WoW. *Sighs* Not to mention that Stormwind is a good city to RP in as a guard, it having more than one tavern not to mention the Stockades.

Thunder Bluff, it has got so much more then meets the eye. Fresh air and open plains. It is much better then Orgrimmar, unless you like rocks and then more rocks.
