Anyone know why on the map there are black spots? Is that because nobody has been there? Or just the map doesn't load those spots. I've seen it happen on another map like that too.

It just means no one has built there while the map addon has been running.

No, it is not hard.
Just takes some time.
It'll be politically incorrect in terms of original building style.
I'm currently working on a second fortress that'll look more like one that you see in the pictures :P

Eckojap+misa.

It's only compatible with 1.5 update as to my knowledge.
Since it's an edit of misa's texture pack.
I tried editing it myself to get some errors out of it, with no prevail.
I'll keep on trying though :P

EDIT:

I managed to get the errors out and return the stone texture to it's original.
I'm trying to get the torches look more like lanterns.
