Alright guys, Aulten has had a fair amount of server exposure now. A lot of people seem to know about him (I've even heard mention of him IC between two characters once (the names of said characters escape me)). I want to know the usual: how do I handle him? Am I true to what I portray him to be OOCly? Is he -evil- enough to suit the deeds he does? How could I better portray his evil tendencies? Any ideas for future character development? All these are questions I'd like answered. If there's anything else you want to mention about him, please feel free. Just please consider what you're typing before hitting submit. I enjoy criticizm, but I prefer the constructive variety.
Thanks in advance!

I've had one rp experience with him. He struck me as completely cold. I mean, he burned out Astia's vocal cords... Because a random stranger asked him to. I donno if the utter depravity is what you're going for, but if so, well done.

Well, Aulten didn't start out as such a heartless bastard. He actually had a sense of class when I first started out with him. His development thus far has, however, killed that off. Anything that made him even slightly empathetic has been systematically destroyed. As for -why- he did that to Astia, frankly, she was getting on his nerves. What with all the talking, that is (I recall her waking up, and trying to talk).

Hes an evil bastard with no sense of compassion for others. And he deserved every cripple he got.
While Ive only met him once, I hear you babble about him so much I feel as thought I have some insight as to your character. And it simply seems like he does everything out of a desire for power.

Aulten? Why, he is a nice (You are reading this and alive, right?), affable (He bothers speaking to you) man (Debatable. Maybe somewhere along the line of heartless bastard). He's straightforward (You know, he doesn't sugarcoat the fact that he probably wants to kill or torture you), and extremely professional (Cold, tuxedo-suited monster) in his business conducts. Craer approves entirely of him and looks forward to a successful and profitable future.
On the other hand, I really think that Aulten needs a room of dolls or hollowed-out pumpkins where he keeps prisoner(s) in, with shelves filled with said items on the four walls and no apparent exit save for a demonic circle in the corner. Perhaps each of the dolls would speak in random intervals to ensure that the prisoner(s) don't fall asleep or anything, and maybe even the occasion wailings or some screeching shrieks. Just a suggestion, naturally. Please don't do it.
Yours sincerely,
Zarquon

Well, Xigo, you are correct. Aulten is a power hungry, cold, heartless bastard. Everything I've done with him so far (at least since the wedding) has been in response for his newfound desire for power. It's caused his decay of what morals he had prior to the wedding, which were in fact strong. He actually -had- a concience. But he viewed it as a nuisance, and thus basically destroyed it.
Zarquon: ... I love you. This must happen. The ragdolls will be stuffed kittens, inhabited by Banshees created by Astus.

Aulten is a nub.
Don't RP with him much, ever since Redis almost turned him into a ghoul for walking into the Echo room. /nod

Isn't Aulten that ghoul character, or is that another guy with just a -very- similar name?
Haven't really RP'ed with you, but I suppose I could give you some feedback whenever Coriv decides to track him down and kill him, or my undead alt Uloup decides to... "chat" with him. /evillaugh

Aulten and Arken are similar, name-wise, right? Oh well. As for hunting him, good luck finding him ;P he is currently busy being evil in secret, and has been making Astus runically reinforce his manor. Astus is busy working on a runic combination that might, in the end, sort of hide most of the Fel aura around it. Basically, the only indication of his existance there will be demons. Plus a ton of undead.
But, if you wanna work out an event that leads to Aulten and Coriv being at each other's throats, I'm down for that.

I always have a good time staring into the face of evil and giving it advice, Aulten is awesome.

<3 So long as you keep giving that face advice, all will be fine. Aulten will keep Aroes alive so long as the advice keeps coming. And yes, Aulten is arrogant enough to think he can kill an Archmage. Regardless, thanks for admitting his awesomeness.

Considering the years he has on Aroes I'd say he is justified in that arrogance

Quite. Lmao. Although Aroes may or may not top him in power. The two have yet to fight, so that remains unknown. Maybe they should have a little spat someday! Although Aulten would turn it into a blood-feud, sadly.

Aulten wants to kill Richt for no particularly important reason. Richt wants to kill Gendvia.
Is it Go Time, per chance?
