Because of the Rollback

I was wondering if we could ask for things that we lost in the rollback, specifically the Christmas presents and the fact that we can't retake the quest for the 3000 gold and boxes. Could we be reimbursed for these if we fill out a ticket?

Well the gold and boxes thing should be redoable. I was able to redo it on Velcratos. Also, the Christmas gifts should have stayed.

Odd. I can't take the quest again, and I still have the Christmas mail but the item is not attached.

I still couldn't retake the level 80 quest after having been leveled to 80.
