From Paladin to Rogue.

Its all about my main character Seizael who is an ex paladin or fallen paladin, he completly lost his abilities to use light ICly and most likely became evil and twisted.

So I was wondering now that I have to make him all over again due to the major restart. Is it possible to make him as a rogue even though he used to be a paladin I mean he's not likely to try redemption any soon. So would it be possible to do such a thing ?

If you haven't transferred your characters over yet, then certainly. You can either retcon his being a paladin completely, or you can follow his history from paladin to rogue. Your choice.
