Just my opinion, but since he is undead now, almost everything that constituted his concious should no longer exist. By concious, I mean anything in terms of morals, his sense of self-preservation, his conscience, other assorted things. He'd have access to, basically, nothing that makes him living, thus rendering him a heartless, robotic... Thing. I would assume his brain wouldn't have time for such trivial things as fears, phobias, hallucinations, hell, emotions period. Makes sense to me why he wouldn't have the mental drawbacks.

Oh he definitely had those. He'd become extremely mentally skewed, something I don't really mention. And is now schizophrenic with, slightly less now, D.I.D. (a severe case that probably isn't the same but it's the closest identification I know of for his disorder.) And since he became undead he feels like he is for one, better than everyone else. He believes himself to be an eternal, I'm sure you know what they are. Which is horribly unreasonable I'd believe. He'd been extremely paranoid, thinking that no one will listen to what he says. He studies people intently before speaking to them or else he won't speak to them or go anywhere with them at all. If a violent confrontation turns sour, he'll probably leave, or depending on the odds I suppose, stay. He would probably spend too long weighing consequences when making an important decision (such as fight or flight) thus getting him in... trouble. Open Light use disturbs him, as do most forms of healing magic. Obvious paladins cause him to be extremely afraid and cautious, even when in towns, and demon hunters (who aren't in disguise and are obvious DHs) cause him to be probably paralyzed in fear unless he manages to overcome it, which for him to do so at this time would be no small feat. Not to mention he despises all living creatures, which could put a dent in his social life. He will associate with them, if not only to mess with them or provoke them into a fight that he knows 100% he'd win.

I mean, he had these before. But now they are lesser. They still still affect what he does, but not as much as before. Like now, if he enters combat with a demon hunter, he'll flee and probably not fight them unless the odds were greatly in his favor. And by this, I mean greatly. 10v1 greatly. But Muhaha makes valid points, I mean. After reading that I wonder if it makes sense to keep these...?

Astus - Throughout the BB event I always wondered how many minions he collected. Everytime I saw him on the streets, he had piles of corpses. This goes for any necromancer involved, but there should have been a limit to how many he had.

Tom - Oh, Tom. You know I adore him and his secrets. Very well played. Always leaves me wondering what...well, I won't say too much here.

Astus collected in total 30 corpses, but 23 of them were destroyed from attacks by people.

Astus - A nub. A complete, utter nub... <3 I jest. I enjoy his secrecy, though. Even without being a necromancer, he still hid his name from everybody, not flamboyantly shouting it to the heavens, as a normal Elf would do. His interactions with Richt have always been rather business-like, but on the whole i'd say he has a killer personality, with little developments here or there and pet peeves and all. Rather human in his ways, and I mean human as we would think human, not WoW human, for a cold hearted Necromancer such as himself. Also, since he's gone Necromancer, he has freaked out Jezzan to the point of utter terror (though he displays these feelings with most undead,) and even though you had a few minions and your own power at your disposal, you RP'd as fighting Pops fairly with him. I respect that. And to finish it off: Secondary <3
