I signed up, made an intro, waited around 4 days, didn't get a response, so I made a new intro, will they both get auto-declined since I made another?

You will get an email if your accepted or declined I beleive. If you have no email, then it's likely it has just not been seen yet, as the GM's are busy. Patience, its worth the wait, trust me :)
