When I tried to download Ephemeral with my client, it said something like "Failed to connect: error 00000000" or something, has this happened to anyone else?

No, never. Curse is normally very reliable.

I just use "Choose a mirror automatically" from the curse site itself. It's less trouble. 3rd party downloaders can be finicky.
