There are many amazing items in the game that create beautiful spell effects that I love to use to enhance RP.
Today however, I found an item ([item]38657[/item]) and I can't use it in any other zone but Scholazar Basin! It seems like such a waste to turn in the item and never be able to see its epicness again. Thanks in advance.
