Okay so on my second account I want to make a DK, but only my first account has my 80's. Is there a way to get a DK on my second account, or will I have to make a profile for someone and just get an 80 on my second account?

You'll have to have an 80 on that account. I don't think there is a way to bypass the 'one character at level 55' requirement.

I have seen it removed on other servers, but if it is removed on CotH too, peons will be able to create one too, which would be against the rules, so... you have 2 options - either a 80 to be transferred to your second account, or to get a char from the second account approved and leveled. There used to be a character transfer tool on the site on the old core... though, I don't think there is now.

Alternatively, delete a character from one account and remake them on the other account. Then get a GM to 80 you again. Shazam.

Apparently the Character Transfer component is working again, try that out.
