You can put up a ticket or look to see who the GMs are on the server status page to your left. It's quite simple.
If you're feeling especially lazy or don't feel like looking it up, you could also just ask in a public chat channel.
...And one last thing. Remember that your GMs are unpaid volunteers. They are selected, true, but they do their work out of the kindness of their heart.
Edit: By the way, please forgive me if you weren't serious. I'd been unfairly cynical to you in that case.

I can't tell if you're being serious or not with that post, so I will treat it as you being serious.
You can "bother" us by asking if there's any GM on in chat, or checking the Server Status for active GM's. Then you can whisper us about your problem/issue.

Tickets! That makes me a lot happier! Especially because I actually RP...And get side-tracked when people ask me to spawn creatures for quests... >>

Yeah.
At least for me, whenever I wanted to ask a question, there was a GM online, whom I asked about it. It's always been nice and polite, and they've explained the stuff to me.
Why could I not rob the Stormwind bank or such.
Anyhow, this is a bit off-topic...
Azheron's back in business. For reals.
