Does anyone know of any items that could strengthen a Priest or Paladin's use of the Light, or something? in lore that is.

Relics or Artifacts surely can, but then again I doubt any normal character would get their hands on it. Naaru's presence can amplify the Light and I personally believe that the draenei can charge crystals to somehow amplify or store Light.
