Okay. So. Since I'm a GM again, I've been trying to add my shiney addons to get stuff done. Now, I find that there isn't an addon folder at all. I've tried everything from making an addon folder, and putting them in myself in the interface file, and the main wow directory, to dowloading the Curse client for installing them.
Now, Curse, I get an error message saying "cannot download needed file", so if possible, I'd like to bypass even using Curse. Otherwise, I can go into more detail with that.
Halp!

Vista, path is Computer>Users>Public>Games>WoW
From there, I don't know where to go.

Just to note this down for easier location in the future:
Default paths for addons:
Default Windows XP - "C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns"
Vista - "C:\Users\Public\Games\World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns"
Macintosh - "Macintosh HD/Applications/World of Warcraft/Interface/AddOns"
If the folder is not there, make it, and add any addons in there. (For instance, flagRSP's path would be something like "C:\Users\Public\Games\World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\flagRSP\"
-----------------
With that out of the way, I know you said you already did the above, but just double-check it for now. I'll see if I can find anything else in the meantime.
Edit: See if
this thread helps.
