Alrighty, so... What might you ask Blizzard taunts us Nelves with? Well, take a look at every Sentinel guard around and you will notice 99.99% of them are holding a glaive... Yes these signature weapons for the night elven people are not able to be used in game! Why in the world Blizzard decided: "Oh, hohohohohohohohohoh, let's give them to 10 bajillion NPC's but not to playerzorz!" I have no idea...
Now I myself I have spoken to Kret about it once or twice and this is not really to give a new suggestion but more of ressurect an old one as it adds a little more of a "I am a Night Elf" to our Kaldorei. Also, we gets no looovveeeeee. D:
Thanks for the time!

You get satyrs, giant trees that walk around and defend your homes, huge forests untouched by man (And only half by Orc), a lifespan that makes Nicholas Flamel blush, the ability to train and turn into animals...
AND YOU WANT WHAT?!
Move him into the sun—
Gently its touch awoke him once,
At home, whispering of fields half-sown.
Always it woke him, even in France,
Until this morning and this snow.
If anything might rouse him now
The kind old sun will know.
Think how it wakes the seeds,—
Woke, once, the clays of a cold star.
Are limbs, so dear-achieved, are sides,
Full-nerved—still warm—too hard to stir?
Was it for this the clay grew tall?
—O what made fatuous sunbeams toil
To break earth’s sleep at all?

I agree with Maulbane on this one. I think Tauren should get glaives. For their horns.

Totems with glaives on the end, and that's my final offer.
EDIT: That we can throw.
EDIT2: Maybe with a gun on it as well.

Nlves dont have their throwy star-looking things.
Blves don't have their shields or swordy-things.
Tauren don't have their totem-mace.
Trolls don't have the trainee troll working in Sen'Jin!!! He's my fave NPC in retail!!!

And Dwarves don't have +100 STR mugs of ale yet.
It's only a matter of time though, right?

Gnomes need steamsuits. And humans and undead get enough junk. Forget them.

Why exactly are you complaining about this?

And let's see. Warriors, Hunters, Druids can all equip this. That's most of the classes a Night Elf can have.

Granted it's an awesome model, I think they mean legitimate Sentinel's glaives. I, for one, think the two-bladed Spellbreaker glaive should have been used more by Blizzard but eh.
Anywho, I think flavor items would be interesting to have but it's always been that people find their own items to mimic the items they want because we don't sell them in a vendor. It might change, it might not. I can't say either situation is without good points and bad points.

I like that idea and am most certainly not saying that because I have several nelves... >.>
I'm not biased, don't judge me.
I do think that it'd make sense for a vendor in WSG to sell the race-related weapons that aren't available normally, like the totem mace, glaives, and those Belf things, even if they were purely aesthetic...
But that's just my opinion.
As someone wise once said, the important thing is never to be fearless or confident. Most people have more than enough trouble with both. The trick is to fake it, because if you learn to fake it properly, it's the same thing as actually having confidence.

I'd have to say "Watdahellman" for the totem mace. I think that should be left for the NPCs ICly strong enough and amazing to wield it. Maybe instead of the totem, "tauren style" weapons like detailed spears or something?
Hey, two copper. And this is from a guy who loves Tauren.

There is a lot of work going into pulling weapons from NPCs too. And I'm not sure if we can put racial restrictions on 'em.
And in the case of BE's, they'd -never- be able to get the shield/glaive combo, since that's actually part of that model.

There's also the fact that only two Warglaives exist, as part of a set. Perhaps there should be an epic or even rare version of them that isn't Set'd. I don't think there's a Warden Moonblade yet.
