did you make sure the wtf and catch folders were deleted?

Deleted the WTF folder. Do you mean the Cache folder? It looks quite important... I haven't deleted that, no. Should I?

Are you rolling 3.2.0a?

I think so. I deleted my Patch.MPQ and Patch2.MPQ files, then ran the repair tool. That said, the downloaders for 3.2.1 and upwards are still in my WoW folder.

I think the server's in a jam or something. Just wait for a few moments for the GMs to see what is wrong.

Retail had this problem before. CotH are just having login server problems so I'm told. Can GM's fix it or is it a Kretol thing?

As far as I am aware the;

set realmlistbn ""
set portal us/eu

part is completely irrelevant, my own realmlist currently looks like this:

set realmlist coth.game-host.org
set patchlist coth.game-host.org

And I have had no problems. Other than that make sure that you're on the right patch (3.2 - Not the latest patch!), the realmlist is in the right place (in the Data>enUS/UK/whatever files) and that you've read the rules, policies and guides on the Wiki, good stuff right there, hehe.

Obviously we'll all have to wait until the server is up again, too.
