Smolar is still in the 'approved but awaiting gruntship' list, but I've been promoted to grunt last week :) Apparently Cattie Baker was already placed on the wiki earlier, before I was a grunt. :$

Just go into the forum, scroll down a lil and click the usual button to make a post. Remember to use the character temple found on the Wiki!
