Recent random 'Submission' email

There's apparently a configuration issue with the CMS, where it thinks all regular registered users are admins, and sends them the approval emails which should be sent to Administrators. Apologies for the spam, and I've turned off the email notification for that addon thing. Everyone is not suddenly an admin, sorry.
