I really enjoy reading the RP advice column/blog "Blogatelle". It's been linked to before here (thank you, Nostra!) and has fantastic things like suggestions on alternate ways to play classes (without making them prestige classes) in "Do it Different" and my favorite, Play Files on all the playable races that are presented in a really thoughtful, detailed way and can really inspire a character.
Jess has brought up a particularly important subject for all roleplayers, though, and it's definitely worth a read, even above all the other top-notch content there: Courtesy.
