Patch Problems

After asking a handful of people if they could help, I was told that posting here may be my best bet in getting an answer, so the problem is this, I cannot patch from 3.01 to 3.03, Either from the blizzard downloader or from mirror sites. I don't know why its doing this. For the blizzard downloader its my campus internet i suspect, but for the mirror sites i have no clue. Any help would be great! Thanks.
