Can't run WOW.exe

Hi there, I've been encountering an error message when trying to run the WOW version download from here (non-archived). I don't have two versions of the software in the same drive/folder, and followed all the instructions stated here: http://www.conquestofthehorde.com/Thread...ide-for-PC

I'm a new player and I'm really hoping to start playing soon, hope someone can help advise me on fixing this.

Okay, this can be fixed, go to the main wow folder, and make sure the read only is not ticked (it is in your case) untick it and press apply to all of the files, it should work after that!
