Emerald Dream and Titan Structures

I had this pondering pop into my head during an RP in the Emerald Dream!

Our two characters were wandering in Feralas (using it as a placeholder since there is no Dream location) and we happened upon some night elf ruins. We went with it, sort of hinting they could be just conveniently shaped rock structures.

But I wondered...

I am assuming the Titans made the Emerald Dream when they ordered Azeroth. Across Azeroth, during the ordering, they placed various structures to oversee the world.

Would those structures be present in the Dream? The Dream is Azeroth untouched by civilization, but do the Titans and their constructs count in that regard?

The dream is pure nature. There shouldn't be any structures in it, unless you count something along the lines of a barrow den. Titan constructs count as structures/unnatural creations.

Here's the way it works.

Titans come across Azeroth.
Titans build stuff on Azeroth.

The Titans are not natural, as much as they're considered to be Warcraft's equivalent of gods. They just sort of stumbled upon Azeroth and went GEE THIS PLACE SEEMS SWELL.

For much of Azeroth's prehistory, the Old Gods ruled Azeroth along with their Elemental Lieutenants. Azeroth attracted the attention of the wandering titans, who fought the Old Gods in a war of ordering. With the help of their constructs (the antecedents of dwarves, gnomes, vrykul, and giants), the titans allowed life to flourish on Azeroth. Satisfied, the Makers built hidden cities for their construct creations and created the Great Aspects to guard the planet before leaving on their cosmic journey.
