Usual Garments/Armor: Simple blue leather gear with the rope of the moment of his hanging still around his neck.

Personality: Timmy is... A simple ghoul, only living to serve his master. He doesn't give a single damn about his own un-life or the life of others except for his master. His vocabulary is very simple. His state has left him with a very short attention span, prone to outbursts of anger.

History: Timmy was born in Lordaeron City, his family was poor. When he was five, both his parents died and he saw no choice but to turn to crime in order to survive. When he was thirteen, the Scourge attacked his home and he fled away, barely alive he arrived in a small Alliance camp where he was clothed and fed.

After the Third War, he found the Scarlet Crusade in what is now the Eastern Plaguelands. Trying to join them, he was allowed to help them in the stables and where he was needed. Hard work for limited to no payment. Again, he saw no other option but to steal from his new allies. A week before the Scourge attacked their outpost, he was caught stealing an apple from one of the men and was sentenced to death.

Almost a week past and Timmy was gagged and moved to the gallows. Unknown to him what would happen, he felt the executioner put a rope around his neck and knew it was his end. The trapdoor below him opened and he felt the rope pulling tightly around his neck and he passed out and died. Alas, he didn't find peace in death and he was raised by one of the Scourge Death Knights, Ray, to serve him.

Now Timmy does whatever Ray asks of him to do, his life a simple servant, nothing more, nothing less.

Something you may want to think about, if my opinion is allowed, is why he isn't killed on sight in these towns. The previous ghouls have been allowed because they're all pretty race-y in their appearance, I.E. they look like a race that's been established as playable, and therefore are familiar to NPCs. Geists are a different story, and something you may want to go over.
