"Patch?"

I've been trying to find the "Patch" that is required for the RP selector and am completely at a loss. Can't find it anywhere.
Could somebody direct me to this oh so mysterious patch? Greatly appreciated.

The only way to get it more direct, is by linking to the file itself.. Which yours isn't doing, but if it was he would then lack instructions. I r confused.
