Posters around neutral cities![Assassin for hire]

In quite a few, hidden/forsaken alley-way(And/or other secret places), one may find a few ragged posters in most neutral city(Booty Bay, Ratchet, Hearthglen et cetera.). The posters seem to be clean, and the writings on it are quite pretty.(Some may be a bit dirty, though)

Someone always getting in your way?
Maybe you just want someone to disappear?
Or perhaps someone made you so angry, you wish they would die?
Your answer is here! Just go inside the local Inn, ask for a glass of Red Fox, and then just wait!

A handwritten scribble was written on the corner of the Hearthglen poster by a certain crippled doctor:

He doesn't report to the Hearthglen authorities. No matter, it's out of their jurisdiction.

At the corners at booty bay, the posters have a cut down the middle.
One of the posters there has a writing with red glowing ink on it saying:" Tick, tock goes the clock."
