I have no idea why or how it happened, it started when I was in Scarlet Monastery, all of a sudden my FPS dropped like crazy down to the 20s, it sort of fixed itself later though jumping back up into the 40s, but oddly enough even WoW's login screen and character select have very low framerates, and no matter how I tweak my graphics down to lower settings I'm still averaging 45 FPS even after exiting and re-entering the game multiple times.
