shift key borked

hey, i need some help with my keyboard [acer aspire 7250]. my shift key broke and its fusterating trying to press that little plastic piece that feels like a jello. note my lack of capitalization. how do you put it back in [question mark]

Easiest thing to do is buy a new one. Otherwise try to jerry-rig it with clay or putty, both of which may not have great results.

There's also the option of using the other shift key. There are two of 'em.
