I'd rather have them stopping sales so the servers aren't constantly overloaded then to press on and insert a login wait queue that'll last for hours till you get in. I recall reading a more recent post that halted sales on the GW2 website but I can't find that right of the bat. (GW2 is sold out on their own website as well)

Your best bet right now is to find a retailer that still has a copy of the game laying about, but I'm assuming they are running out of copies as well.

So you can be invited to a guild even if you are not on the same server? And from what im gathering, you can be in more than one guild? I'll have to catch an invite once I get my stuff set up. I'll edit this with my player handle soon.

Yes, you can even play on a different server later on.

Well, I'm sad to say I decided to jump on the bandwagon as it rolled past... Apparently, I'm Rokhjin.6327 and I would indeed like a guild invite if it's not too much to ask! =D

And, while I'm posting, I do have a little question too. My internet has a dynamic IP and it seems I have e-mail authentication on so every time my IP changes, I have to authorize my login... Does anyone know how to turn it off before I go crazy...?

I'm pretty sure you can't. It's an enforced security measure that's actually working pretty good. A friend of mine got three mails saying that somebody in China tried to log onto his account, so it's apparently working as intended. However, when it was implemented, it had an issue where the authentication e-mail never arrived and it gave a lot of trouble to people with dynamic IP addresses as they had plenty of chances for that bug to occur. They fixed it now, however.
